Why haven’t I been sent a VAT invoice?

Thank you for sending in your membership payment! Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll send you a VAT invoice within 7 days confirming the renewal of your membership . The VAT invoice is emailed to the registered email address of your charity and is also available when you log in to your charity account and go to 'My Memberships'. It will be marked as 'PAID' in the top left and has Localgiving's VAT registration number at the bottom of the page.
