How do I make changes to my Localgiving page?

To keep your supporters in the loop with how they have helped make a difference to your group and your beneficiaries, it’s important to keep your Localgiving page up to date.

Changes are easy to make and can be done at any time in the ‘Update my page’ section in 'My Pages'. Once you have made your changes we’ll do a quick check to make sure the information is still within our guidelines so please remember to submit your changes in Step 3 for approval. We check approvals 3 times every week day so that you don’t have to wait a long time for the updates to go live. Click here for our tips on how to make a great Localgiving page.

Please note, if you wish to change your bank details please click on the 'My details' section. Then click on the 'Bank details' section. You will be asked to upload or post a copy of a recent bank statement to verify the new details. Click here for more information on changing your charity's bank details.
